The Winfield FFA chapter traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana from Oct. 30 to Nov. 2.
One of our students, Anna Hoeckelmann said, “I was very thankful to be given the opportunity to be able to go on this super fun trip. I would definitely go again!”
Also, two of our students, Ryan Altman and Grace Williams, left five days in advance in order to prepare for the 92nd National FFA Chorus.
All of the students had such a fun time, as always, and we can all safely say it was the time of our lives.
Barnwarming spirit week is from Nov. 11-15.
Monday is “American Monday,” where the students will wear a visible American flag. Tuesday is “Twin Tuesday,” where you and your friend(s) will wear at least two of the same articles of clothing.
Wednesday is FFA apparel day where you can wear an FFA shirt or official dress. Thursday is “Thankful to be an FFA Member,” where you will wear blue and gold. Friday is “Flannel Friday” in which you will wear a flannel shirt.
The Barnwarming dance was held on Friday, Nov. 15 at Winfield High School.
