A number of local events have been cancelled or postponed due to the coronavirus situation:

• The Way of the Cross Walk, scheduled for April 10, has been cancelled. 

• The Lincoln County Republican Party’s local caucus, orignally scheduled for April 4. 

• The Glory Rider’s “Faithful Few” event series has been postponed, with the first few dates being cancelled. 

• In-house worship services are suspended at St. Stephen United Methodist Church. A live-stream service will be available Sunday at 9:45 a.m at www.facebook.com/ststephenumctroy.

• Sacred Heart’s St. Ann Sodality member’s annual Quilt Social, scheduled for March 29, has been cancelled. 

• The Cuivre River Wildlife management’s public wildlife seminar on March 25 has been cancelled. 

• School at all local school districts and Sacred Heart in Troy is closed through April 3.

• The Troy Chamber of Commerce’s MYAB Basketball Tournament

• Colleges in the state are cancelling classes and taking precautions due to the virus. 

Check your college’s website regarding spring break and class schedules.
