The Lincoln County Emergency Operations Center was activated at 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 10 2020. This activation is in response to a request from the Lincoln County Health Department, and is intended to support their efforts regarding planning and preparations for, or any necessary response on their part to, the ongoing COVID-19 outbreaks being experienced in other parts of the country. 

To be clear, there are no current COVID-19 cases in Lincoln County.  The EOC activation is a precautionary measure intended to formalize certain elements including the planning process, any necessary resource requests, public information, etc. Day-to-day operations at both the Lincoln County Health Department and the Lincoln County Emergency Management Agency will continue unabated.  Updated COVID-19 (Coronavirus) information can be found on the Lincoln County Health Department website, www.lchdmo.org.
