The Lincoln County Senior Resource Group recently presented a $120 donation to the Lincoln County Health Department for its Care Trak program.

Care Trak is a system that can locate lost individuals with special needs who are wearing specially-designed transmitter bracelets.  According to Health Department website, the system is designed for people who are at high risk of wandering and becoming endangered – such as those with developmental disabilities, or Alzheimer’s disease.

The funds were collected from Senior Resource Group members at their annual Christmas lunch hosted by Sugar Creek Senior Living in Troy.

The Senior Resource Group is a group of organizations that serve the Senior population in Lincoln County and is affiliated with the Lincoln County Health Department.
