Moscow Mills, Mo. - The freshman of Lincoln County R-III School District experienced a rare chance to explore their futures on Dec. 7.

All 550 students at the Ninth Grade Center, as well as Troy Buchanan and New Horizons High School students, attended the Academies of Lincoln County R-III Career Fair to develop a deeper understanding of the different career paths available in, and around, the county.

Several businesses and schools were on hand to advise students of what the future could look like for them, including the Lincoln County Bar Association, Ranken Technical College, Missouri Baptist University, Lindenwood University, Geeding Construction, Seyer Industries, Pike-Lincoln Technical Center, Oasis Resource Center, Mooney Marketing, Troy Furniture Company/Troy Flooring Center, St. Louis Carpenters’ Joint Apprenticeship Program, Builders Bloc and the Missouri Department of Workforce Development.

Also participating at the Career Fair were students from TBHS’ Culinary and Construction Trades programs.
