Recently a group of teens from the St. Louis area attended an agri-science summit sponsored by Bayer in Washington D.C. Kaitlynn Foster from Troy was selected as one of the teens to attend. She learned how computer science and farming come together to improve and establish farming for the future. They attended workshops and lectures to teach the teens advancements that have already launched farming into the computer science world as well as plans for future equipment and practices to streamline crop production. The group was also able to visit many of the monuments in D.C. in their free time.
