While the future of the school year is unknown for districts across the country, schools still need to do some necessary things to conclude the year when it does happen.  All students grades pre-K through 12th, have access to educational material either by Internet or hard copies to keep their minds sharp during these trying times in society.

A vital part of ending the school year is graduation, whether it would be preschool, kindergarten, eighth grade promotion or high school.  On Sunday, Jostens, the American manufacturer of memorabilia for yearbooks, class rings and most importantly cap and gowns for graduation, paid a visit to the Elsberry and Silex High School parking lots.  Cars lined the parking lot for awhile as parents and students picked up either their senior items, or their class rings that had been previously ordered.  Amidst the pending order by the Governor of Missouri to stay at home, Jostens personnel was frantically trying to get to numerous schools to get items disbursed.
