Lincoln County, Mo. - “Move Across Missouri” is a program developed in partnership with University of Missouri Extension 4-H and the Missouri Beef Industry Council. 

“Move Across Missouri” encourages 4-Hers to increase their physical activity and track the time they spend moving through the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA), which challenges kids to log 60 minutes of physical activity for five days out of the week for six out of eight weeks. 

We 4-hers of Spring Branch Helping Hands 4-H Club would like to Congratulate our members for the awards they received on our last meeting of the 2020-2021 year on Aug. 9.

Some of the Spring Branch Helping Hands 4-H Club’s team members receiving prizes for participation and for winning first place team in the county.

Kiersten Schieffer was the top individual for Lincoln County and won a yoga mat. She also was the top individual for the state and won a jacket.

The other participants of Spring Branch Helping Hands 4-H Club receiving prizes for participation, and for winning first place in the County.  Those prizes were a certificate and a jump rope plus wristbands. 

Those were awarded to Sherry Sinclair, Lauralye Richardson, Emilee Harris, Sarah Spence, Kari Sharmek, Kristopher Shramek and Brindan Richardson.
