For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Walter O Heilig and Judith Heilig, dated November 29, 2006, and recorded on February 7, 2007, Document No. 2007001507, in Book No. 1921, at Page 117 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Lincoln County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on September 29, 2021, at 10:00 AM, at the East Door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Troy, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, COUNTY OF LINCOLN, WITH A STREET LOCATION ADDRESS OF 1950 HIGHWAY D; SILEX, MO 63377-3245 CURRENTLY OWNED BY WALTER o HEILIG AND JUDITH A HEILIG HAVING A TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF 162004000000003000 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 5.26 AC N OF HWY D NE COR LOT 1 NWNW SEC 4: HWY D more correctly described as All that part of the following described tract of land, that lies Northeast of the Farm to Market Highway Route "D", to wit: 60 acres in the Northwest corner of Section 4, Township 49 North, Range 2 West of the 5th P.M., Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of said Section 4; thence South along the West line of said 1/4 Section, 489 1/6 yards; thence East at right angles 603 yards; thence North at right angles 489-1/6 yards to the North line of said 1/4 Section; thence West on the North line of said Section 603 yards to the place of beginning, and being a part of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 49 North, Range 2 West of the 5th P.M, in the City of Silex, County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, less that part, if any, taken or used for road purposes, commonly known as 1950 Highway D, Silex, MO, 63377
